Adopt-A-Highway Day

A good crowd of chapter and community members and friends gathered to help keep our two mile stretch of the roadway along the Clinch River in Norris clean and beautiful.  Unfortunately, there were 41 bags of trash collected.  Wouldn't it be great to show up for one of these work days and have NO TRASH to pick up?!  Thanks to all who helped!

It was pretty chilly at 9:00am when we gathered at Island Home Church to begin our work.  A couple of folks were late and not shown in this photo.
